The Other Worldly Adventures of Tyler Washburn: The New Kid

Tyler WashburnIt’s the beginning of the end of school! Yay! Now if only my arithmetic book was finished instead of my language arts, I’d be all set.

Today I post on a kid’s book that my brother and I enjoyed: The OtherWorldly Adventures of Tyler Washburn: The New Kid. I know, bit of a mouthful, isn’t it? Nevertheless, this is a great book to read.

Tyler Washburn is an inventor of anything and everything, but his curious mind and energetic experimenting lands him in trouble not only at home, but his new school too. One morning, Tyler discovers an underground lab right beneath his school. With the knowledge that he is to be registered in a special school for kids across the galaxy, Tyler leaps into a portal and is sped away. Tyler’s adventures at the intergalactic school are always fascinating and ready to astound. I enjoyed this book a lot and hope that you choose to pick it up and enjoy it. There is also an interactive app that goes with the book in the app store. Check it out and tell me what you think of both book and app!
