Silvermist and the Ladybug Curse

This book is about a ladybug. A white ladybug. Iris, one of the garden talent-fairies, says that the ladybug will bring a curse. “I don’t believe in that,” Silvermist, the water talent-fairy, often says. I think it is brave of her to say that. I know I would have been scared! But then when I look at it, it is, after all, just some old tale. You wouldn’t think much of it, I tell myself. When I’m scared sometimes, I think of how Silvermist was also scared. But she was brave enough to say that it was something silly, this way she wouldn’t look like she has no confidence. People can be brave like that. They have to have courage, though. I want to be like Silvermist, in the sense that she was brave. This book is a Disney Fairies book. I like this book.
